Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, corporate clients and other stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities and growth opportunities.
Prepare proposals, presentations and negotiate contracts.
Achieve business development targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Represent the company in meetings, trade shows and industry events.
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to implement growth strategies.
Prepare reports on business development activities and performance.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality or related field. (Master's degree is an advantage)
3-5 years of experience in business development, sales or account management (preferably in travel or tourism industry).
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Well-connected in the travel industry is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently and in a team.
