Onguard Fire Protection Services, authorized fire service provider from Sri Lanka Fire Service Department, we are pioneers in supplying and maintaining fire protection and detection systems around the country for over 25 years.

As we strive to achieve excellence and expand our business, we are looking for self-motivated, ambitious and dynamic individuals to join us in the following capacity.

ASSISTANT MANAGER

• Manage fire protection projects and service operations.
• Supervise technicians, site activities, and ongoing works.
• Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and project requirements.
• Prepare quotations, BOQs, reports, and proposals.
• Monitor collections, payments, and outstanding customer accounts.
• Support the Managing Director in daily operations and business development.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Good computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with minimum supervision.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
