Key Responsibilities
n
n- Handle monthly inventory and stock management
n- Conduct stock-taking and purchasing
n- Maintain accurate records of inventory, invoices, and petty cash
n- Prepare and send daily summary reports
n- Assist with data entry using QuickBooks and Excel
n- Ensure compliance with financial procedures
n- Coordinate with suppliers for procurement
n- Support accounting team with general bookkeeping
n- Support day to day HR and admin works to Head of HR and admin
n

Other Requirements
n
n- Age: 25-35 years
n- Gender: Male candidates Only
n
nn
Qualifications & Experience
n
n- AAT Level 2 qualified or higher
n- Minimum 2 years hotel sector experience in accounts and storekeeping
n- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
n- Passed A/L in Commerce stream
n
nn
Skills & Competencies
n
n- Strong organizational skills
n- Ability to work independently
n- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
n- Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala (written and spoken)
n- Attention to detail and accuracy
n

n- Salary: Negotiable based on experience
