HOSTESS
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, reception, or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent command of English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant, confident, well-presented, and professionally groomed.
- Strong guest-handling and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, reservations, and seating arrangements is an advantage.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, positive, organized, and customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
HOUSE KEEPERS
- Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, hotel, or restaurant operations is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Good attention to detail and a responsible attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning and housekeeping duties.
- Honest, reliable, punctual, and well-disciplined.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Previous experience in a hotel or premium restaurant will be an added advantage.
