STORE IN-CHARGE - FROZEN

Global Sea Foods Pvt. Ltd is a BOI-approved sea foods processing company having two state-of-the-art factories with EU and FDA approval. We are a part of a group which has over five subsidiaries with offices across the globe and trade relationships worldwide. The company's policy is to supply the best quality products to our key customers in the EU and USA.

GSF is seeking a results-driven, highly energetic and dynamic individual as a Store In-Charge - Frozen for our Factory in Badalgama, Divulapitiya.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Receive, inspect, and issue materials according to company procedures.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and Finance departments.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliations.
• Ensure proper storage conditions and FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Maintain store documentation, GRNs, issue notes, and stock reports.
• Monitor material availability to support uninterrupted production.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety within the store area.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Store Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in store or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Good organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Experience in the food manufacturing or seafood industry will be an added advantage.
