SHOWROOM SALES EXECUTIVE
Mattakkuliya / Ja-Ela
Help customers find the right workspace solutions. Build relationships. Drive sales. Grow with Rae.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Assist walk-in customers and understand their requirements
- Demonstrate products and explain features, prices and warranties
- Handle enquiries via WhatsApp, phone and social media
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into sales
- Prepare quotations, invoices and process orders
- Maintain showroom presentation and daily operations
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales and helping customers
- Comfortable using computers and basic software
- Responsible, punctual and organized
- Willingness to work at either location based on roster
- Previous showroom / retail sales experience is an advantage

Mon – Fri (Rostered). Weekend availability is required.
LANGUAGE
Sinhala & English required. Tamil is an advantage.
