SENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE - BRAND & DIGITAL
Department: Marketing | Location: Maramba, Akuresa or Colombo

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and execute integrated brand and marketing campaigns.
- Drive digital, social media and content strategy.
- Coordinate ATL, BTL, dealer and retail marketing initiatives.
- Support new product and brand launches from concept to execution.
- Work with creative, media and digital agencies.
- Develop engaging content across digital and traditional channels.
- Track campaign performance, consumer insights and competitor activity.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure measurable ROI.
- Maintain strong and consistent brand execution across every customer touchpoint.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- 3+ years' experience in brand, marketing or digital marketing.
- Experience in FMCG, consumer durables, retail, building materials or lifestyle brands would be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Commercial mindset with strong creative judgement.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and agencies.
- Hands-on, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment.
