WE’RE HIRING: CONTENT & DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Commercial Real Estate | Full-time | Colombo 03
We are looking for a creative, organised and commercially minded Content & Digital Marketing Executive to manage our property-content and digital-publishing workflow.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can transform property information and agent-supplied photographs into accurate, attractive and platform-specific content. The role includes writing articles and blogs and creating graphic and video content for our digital platforms.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Select and edit property photographs, including cropping, correction, resizing, watermarking and template application.
- Write accurate property descriptions, advertisements, social-media captions, company articles and blog content.
- Research and develop relevant commercial real-estate articles, educational content and market-focused blog posts.
- Create branded graphic content, including social-media posts, carousels, Stories, advertisements and other promotional designs.
- Create and edit video content, including property Reels, TikTok videos, walkthroughs and promotional clips.
- Adapt written, graphic and video content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
- Prepare and publish listings on LankaPropertyWeb, ikman.lk, our website, property portal and other approved platforms.
- Maintain the content calendar and publishing schedule.
- Coordinate with agents and the CRM team to verify property information before publication.
- Monitor messages and property inquiries and direct qualified inquiries to the relevant agent.
- Assist in planning and running paid social-media campaigns.
- Monitor reach, engagement, clicks, inquiries, cost per inquiry and other relevant performance measures.
- Use AI tools responsibly for research, drafting, editing, SEO and content adaptation.
TOOLS YOU MAY USE
- Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, ChatGPT, content-management systems, scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Practical experience in content creation, social-media management or digital marketing.
- The ability to read, write and speak English is essential.
- Ability to write articles, blogs, property descriptions and platform-specific social-media content.
- Good visual judgment and practical graphic-design, photo-editing and video-editing skills.
- Familiar with social-media platforms, content formats and digital advertising.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and maintain organised files.
- Responsible use of AI, including fact-checking and editing AI-assisted content.
- A portfolio containing relevant writing, graphic-design, video or campaign work.
Real-estate experience and Sinhala or Tamil content ability will be considered advantages but are not compulsory.
