Bodyshop Service Advisor
Join our growing Aftersales team and play a key role in supporting Electric Vehicle (EV) operations across Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions from vehicle reception to final delivery.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and prepare accurate repair estimates.
- Coordinate body repair, paint, detailing, and quality inspection processes.
- Manage insurance claim coordination and documentation.
- Monitor repair progress, turnaround times, and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with technicians, spare parts teams, insurance companies, and customers.
- Conduct final quality checks to ensure repairs meet company standards.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-ups.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience as a Body Shop Service Advisor in an authorized automobile dealership or reputed body repair facility.
- Diploma or Degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair, paint processes, and repair estimation.
- Experience handling insurance claims and customer coordination.
- Knowledge of EV repair processes and safety requirements will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Valid driving licence.
