QUALITY ASSURANCE
EXECUTIVE - GARMENTS
Join one of Sri Lanka's growing premium apparel manufacturers and play a key role in ensuring world-class garment quality.
- FULL-TIME • IMMEDIATE VACANCY
- LOCATION: Colombo 05
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure garments meet required quality standards throughout production.
- Conduct initial, in-line and final inspections.
- Check fabric, colour, stitching, measurements, trims, finishing and overall appearance.
- Conduct root cause analysis on recurring quality issues.
- Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with production teams to continuously improve product quality.
- Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards and SOPs.
- Maintain inspection reports and approve, reject or hold garments before dispatch.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or qualification in Garment Technology, Quality Assurance or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in garment quality assurance.
- Good knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, measurements and finishing.
- Ability to identify defects and recommend corrective actions.
- Experience in garment inspections, quality reports and defect records.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with production and technical teams.
