Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up on life insurance premium payments, adjustments, deposits, and related transactions.
- Process policy servicing requests, including loans, surrenders, refunds, and payment corrections.
- Coordinate with paying authorities and relevant departments to resolve payment and policy-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records through document scanning, system updates, and correspondence processing.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling customer inquiries, complaints, and written correspondence professionally.
Qualifications & Pre-requisites
- Passed G.C.E A/L with 03 Main Subjects in one sitting (excluding General English & Optional Subjects)
- Passed G.C.E O/L with Credit passes for Mathematics, English, Sinhala/Tamil (within two sittings)
- Age: below 28 years
Relevant Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance field.
Skills, Attributes and Behaviour
- Good knowledge of IT and MS Office applications.
- Proficient in handling Microsoft Office software and day-to-day computer operations.
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks, systems and working environments.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
