Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT support
• Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting
• Experience in providing technical support to users
• Basic knowledge of networking and system maintenance
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Candidates residing in Colombo will be given preference

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to employees
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
• Assist in IT system maintenance and documentation
• Support user accounts, software installations, and IT-related requests
• Ensure smooth operation of IT equipment and services
