Intern – IT SUPPORT

Job Profile

• Deliver effective desktop support services to all users.
• Attend to and resolve IT issues raised by users promptly; consult vendor specialists when required.
• Maintain ICT infrastructure in alignment with SOPs.
• Manage ICT inventory and documentation.
• Maintain logs including issue log, backup log, antivirus installation, software updates, and other relevant records.
• Provide basic training to users on effective use of ICT services.
• Provide ad-hoc ICT support for management requirements.
• Support ICT-related project activities as assigned.

Applicant Profile

• Undergraduate or Graduate in Information Technology (or related field).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player.
