Manager – Warehouse

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient material movement, and smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will lead the warehouse team, drive productivity and continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure accurate inventory control, stock rotation, and minimize stock variances.
• Manage aged, excess, and obsolete stock effectively.
• Oversee efficient warehouse operations and material movement.
• Monitor warehouse productivity and implement improvement actions.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the warehouse team to achieve targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Prepare and monitor key warehouse performance reports.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Skill and knowledge in using inventory management systems and software.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly IFS, will be an added advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
