EXPERIENCED STUDENT COUNSELLOR – EUROPE
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete student journey for European destinations.
- Provide university and course recommendations based on student profiles.
- Handle end-to-end visa applications and embassy submissions.
- Manage complex or refused visa cases professionally.
- Convert inquiries into registrations and achieve monthly targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years combined experience in student counselling and visa consulting in Sri Lanka.
- Direct experience with European destinations (UK, Ireland, Germany, or France) is essential.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Psychology, English, Law, or similar.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting KPIs.
