CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
• Proven experience in freight handling is a must
• Gensoft ERP familiarity is mandatory
• Excellent communication, PR & negotiation skills
• Computer literacy (MS Office, email & internet)
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written); fluency in Sinhala and/or Tamil is an advantage

Job Description:

• Coordinate with local & overseas customers/agents for import & export shipments
• Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to handle shipments and documentation
• Closely follow up on onboarded shipments and update all relevant parties on time
• Update systems accurately and submit periodic reports to sales, management, and clients
