Perform regular quality checks on processed transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
Select appropriate samples of transactions for auditing based on defined sampling techniques
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports and dashboards
Conduct regular audits to identify errors, process deviations, and compliance issues
Work closely with operation teams to ensure quality objectives are met and resolve issues alongside the team members
Conduct time and motion studies to evaluate process efficiency
Work closely with operations teams and client representatives to identify and resolve quality-related issues
Conduct periodic quality audits with a focus on compliance and performance
Prepare/maintain dashboards through Power BI
Bring out ideas and improve processes through automation using the available automation tools

6+ months of relevant experience in Auditing Division / Quality Assurance Division in BPO Sector with prior experience in preparing Audit reports, MIS reports, Dashboards, etc
Basic understanding of analytical tools/automation tools such as Power BI/Power Query Workplaces
Following or completed a relevant degree program or professional qualification
Good knowledge and experience in MS Excel (Knowledge in Macro would be advantageous)
Strong verbal and written communication skills, Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
Willingness to work on shifts based on requirement and travel when required to Infomate Work Locations
Exposure to ERP systems and different analytical tools such as Power BI
Continuous Training in accounting, soft skills, best practices
Fulfill training requirements of ACCA, CIMA, CMA and CA Sri Lanka
