In line with our rapid expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and results-driven individuals to fill the following positions immediately.
Positions Available: EXECUTIVE - PROCUREMENT
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source and procure raw materials, packaging materials, and other operational requirements in line with company policies.
- Obtain quotations, evaluate suppliers, and negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely procurement to support uninterrupted production.
- Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure smooth procurement operations.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
- Analyze procurement data and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Sound knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory control.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
