Technical Trainer
Location :- Ekala
Job Profile
To coordinate and facilitate in plant training activities for Rhino Academy trainees, ensuring effective communication, scheduling, and execution of practical learning programs within the manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating both theoretical and practical in-plant training
- Schedule practical training sessions with department heads and supervisors.
- Track trainee attendance, progress, and performance.
- Support trainers in conducting training sessions and assessments.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company policies.
- Coordinate training materials, equipment, and facilities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of practical training programs.
Job Requirements
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level in (Mathematics, Science, Technology, or related stream).
- NQV Level 4/5, Technical Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial safety is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.
