Ramya Horticulture (Pvt) Ltd, a BOI-approved and EDB-registered company and a subsidiary of Ramya Holdings, engaged in the cultivation and export of rooted plants and cut foliage with a state-of-the-art Tissue Culture Production Facility, invites applications for the following positions:
1. Production Manager
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Diploma/Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Plant Science, Biological Science, or a related field.
- Experience in production operations, exports, export documentation, order execution, and labour management.
- Good communication, computer, and English report writing skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Candidates residing near Walpita, Divulapitiya (Gampaha District) will have an added advantage.
2. Trainee Production & Marketing Executive
- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Plant Science, Biological Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Good computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and work responsibly.
- Previous experience in horticulture, production, or marketing will be an added advantage.
3. Trainee Administrative Coordinator
- Assist with export documentation, purchasing, HR-related tasks, and general administrative operations.
- Good time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
