We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – Human Resources & Administration to join KSPA Accessories (Pvt) Ltd. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and administrative functions while supporting business objectives through effective talent management, employee engagement, compliance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR and administration operations.
Job Profile
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the factory workforce, including recruitment, attendance management, employee records, and daily HR support.
- Coordinate factory manpower requirements with operational teams and ensure timely deployment of required workforce.
- Handle frontline employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and labour-related issues while maintaining a positive work environment.
- Monitor attendance, overtime, shift arrangements, leave administration, and wage/attendance-related activities in coordination with factory management.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and factory HR procedures.
- Coordinate factory employee welfare activities, including canteen, transportation, accommodation, uniforms, and other employee facilities where applicable.
- Support performance management processes for factory employees, including KPI monitoring, evaluations, and development plans.
- Maintain accurate factory employee records, HR documentation, and reports for management review.
- Coordinate with the Corporate HR team regarding HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, training, compliance, and reporting requirements.
- Provide regular updates and HR analytics related to factory manpower, turnover, absenteeism, overtime, and other key workforce indicators to the Group HR.
Person Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR qualifications (CIPM, PQHRM, or equivalent) will be an advantage.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably in manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, Sri Lankan labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and employee relations skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
