POST OF PRODUCTION MANAGER - CANDLE
We are a well-established candle manufacturer with more than 20 years of export experience in the US and Europe. We produce high-quality scented candles and diffuser oils.
We are seeking a hands-on Production Manager to help drive safe, efficient, and consistent manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily candle production and maintain quality standards
- Plan production schedules and coordinate a small production team
- Monitor processes, troubleshoot issues, and improve efficiency
- Be actively involved in candle making, process control and QC.
Requirements
- At least three (3) years’ experience in production or quality control, preferably in cosmetics, food, chemicals, or a similar manufacturing environment.
- HND, diploma, degree, or relevant vocational qualification
- Practical, independent, and willing to take ownership and responsibility.
- Able to travel to or stay near Kotikawatta
