KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing Bills / Invoices
• Maintaining financial records
• Maintaining production (In/Out) records
• Coordinating with relevant departments for accurate documentation
• Ensuring timely & accurate billing and payment follow-up

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum GCE (A/L) qualification
• Experience in billing or accounts will be an added advantage
• Very good communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
