Aussee Oats Milling [Pvt] Ltd is a multinational company and the largest Oats Milling facility in South Asia. The company is in the process of manufacturing cereal-based products from oats, barley and other grains for the Southeast Asian markets. The state-of-the-art plant is located at BOI zone in Mirigama, Sri Lanka. Our manufacturing plant is the first Oats processing facility in Southeast Asia and is under the scope of FSSC, GMP and other international standards.

AC Technician
Essential Requirement
- NVQ Level 3/4 or equivalent qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC).
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems.
- Experience with split ACS and air-cooled chillers.
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves and refrigerant circuits.
- Knowledge of electrical control systems, contactors, relays, overloads, capacitors, sensors, thermostats, and control panels.
- Knowledge of refrigerant handling, vacuuming, leak detection, refrigerant charging, and recovery.
- Ability to prepare maintenance reports, checklists, and spare-parts requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance of AC units and chillers.
- Clean and inspect filters, evaporator coils, condenser coils, fans, blowers, and drain systems.
- Check refrigerant pressure, temperature, superheat and subcooling.
- Inspect compressors, motors, pumps, valves, and other mechanical components.
- Check electrical connections, terminals, contactors, relays, capacitors, and protection devices.
- Maintain daily/monthly maintenance records, checklists and breakdown reports.
Mechanical Technician / Fitter / Mechanic / Trainee
Essential Requirement
- Certificate from a recognized technical training institute or passed at least one subject in A/L Engineering Technology
- Willing work on shift basis
- Working experience in a factory would be an advantage. Salary depends on experience and qualifications.
