Job Summary
- Planning and scheduling maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime
- Oversee preventive maintenance and Calibration programs to ensure equipment reliability and longevity
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize production efficiency and product quality
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to support production targets
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance and R & D team to ensure compliance with product standards
- Schedule and execute approved CAPEX projects within defined timelines
- Ensure all engineering projects meet safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
- Assist in conducting risk assessments and implementing corrective actions
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering technicians
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance and engineering activities
- Generate regular reports on equipment performance, downtime, and maintenance costs
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2-3 years working experience must be with Mechanical maintenance Engineering background
- Prior experience on Managing minor staff
- Sound knowledge in MS Office package
- Conversant in English & Sinhala languages
