PRODUCTION MANAGER - PRINT
Nienhuis Asia Pvt Ltd is a leading manufacturer of premium educational materials, supplying globally recognized brands. We are seeking a results-driven and hands-on Production Manager - Print to lead and manage our printing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and practical experience in print production within a manufacturing setup.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and monitor daily print production operations
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently met
- Oversee film preparation, exposure processes, and proper storage systems
- Optimize processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and control costs
- Supervise and develop production teams, ensuring proper training and performance
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow
Skills and Qualifications
- A Degree or Diploma in Printing Technology, Production, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and process improvement
- Knowledge of labour practices, safety standards, and compliance
- Good communication skills in English (professional level required)
- Technical Advantage (Preferred): Experience in screen printing, laser printing, and flatbed printing; Strong knowledge of the film exposure process in screen printing; Experience in film administration, handling, and proper storage practices; Knowledge of printing materials, inks, and lacquer processes; Hands-on experience in managing print machines and troubleshooting production issues.
