eBEYONDS is looking for a dynamic and organized HR Executive to support our end-to-end HR function — from recruitment and onboarding to the broader employee life cycle — across our business arms.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
n
n- 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in an IT or corporate environment
n- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
n- Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
n- Working knowledge of HRIS/HR software and MS Office
n- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
n- Empathetic, detail-oriented, and a strong problem-solver
