CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Diploma or Degree in HR Management is an added advantage.
- At least 1 year experience in a similar capacity.
- Very good communication skills in both English & Sinhala.
- People management skills in a dynamic environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading the hiring process from sourcing to selecting candidates and managing new hire onboarding programs.
- Addressing employee grievances, fostering a positive workplace culture, and planning retention strategies.
- Ensuring company adherence to labour laws, managing payroll processing and overseeing employee benefits administration.
- Coordinating performance evaluations, supporting goal tracking and facilitating employee training.
