REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology or NVQ qualifications.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT-related role.
- Candidates residing near Colombo preferred.
- Good knowledge of:
- Computer Hardware, Software, and Printer Installation & Troubleshooting (PCs & Laptops), Maintenance, Social Media Platform Management (Facebook / Instagram, etc.) and Graphic Design
- Networking & WiFi Configuration / Troubleshooting
- CCTV Systems
- Fingerprint Attendance Machines
- Understand POS machine operating system
- Ability to troubleshoot IT-related issues independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Valid Bike license and own bike
- Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and extended hours when necessary
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and devices
- Support POS machine systems and daily fashion retail operation
- Ensure smooth functioning of network, WiFi, printers, CCTV and attendance systems
- Install and configure software and hardware as required
