ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Distribution Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth, accurate, and timely distribution of aluminium profiles and related finished goods from Swisstek Aluminium Ltd. This role focuses on delivery scheduling, transport coordination, dispatch documentation, and communication with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and coordinate daily local and export delivery schedules.
• Allocate vehicles efficiently and ensure OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) dispatches.
• Prepare and verify all dispatch-related documents and ERP entries.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Transporters, and QC for smooth operations.
• Communicate delivery plans with customers and manage urgent orders or escalations.
• Oversee picking, stacking, and loading to ensure accuracy, safety, and SOP compliance.
• Monitor dispatch performance, vehicle turnaround, and key logistics KPIs.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records for audit and compliance requirements.
• Ensure transport safety standards, documentation checks, and operational compliance.
