GRAPHIC DESIGNER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate effective campaign ideas and concepts in tandem with Creative and Brand teams
- Executing content creation in graphic design, retouching images and basic 2D animations
- Produce moodboards and mockups to visualize ideas
- Utilize AI-powered tools and the latest creative technologies to produce innovative, efficient, and high-quality work
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audiences
- Apply innovative thinking to redefine design briefs while adhering to timelines and budget requirements
- Works well under pressure and independently
- Effectively presenting finalised ideas and concepts to management
- Working with a range of media, including Adobe Creative Suite and keeping up to date with emerging technologies
- Proof-reading to produce accurate and high-quality work
- Art directing and providing creative guidance to photoshoots and video productions
REQUIREMENTS
- Age between 21 - 35 years
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar capacity
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Creative Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related discipline from a recognized university or institution
- Literacy in design software, including and not limited to Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc
- Experience in Creative direction, Art direction and 2D Animation
- Prior experience in an advertising agency will be an added advantage
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Should be a strong team player
