We are looking for a Sous Chef based at Galle Fort.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of food quality, contributing to menu development, and mentoring junior team members. You will also manage inventory levels, ensure proper stock rotation, and assist with ordering supplies to support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the kitchen.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a fine dining establishment, with proven expertise in both Sri Lankan and Western cuisine. Strong culinary knowledge, leadership ability, and keen attention to detail are essential. Excellent communication and team management skills are a must.
