Senior Relationship Manager
Corporate Banking Department
You should ideally:
- possess a degree from a recognized university or a full professional qualification in Accounting or Banking
- possess a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) as an added advantage
- have experience in banking, including commercial banking and project lending
- have 8-10 years of post-qualifying executive experience in corporate/commercial banking
- be knowledgeable in analyzing financial statements and diverse industries
- be capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships, with effective negotiation, marketing, and teamwork skills
You will be mainly responsible for:
- managing and strengthening relationships with corporate clients while providing tailored financial solutions
- generating new business opportunities and driving portfolio growth through client acquisition and cross-selling
- evaluating and recommending credit facilities, loans, and other banking products based on client needs and risk assessments
- implementing, monitoring, and following up on banking facilities to ensure compliance and timely disbursement
- maintaining portfolio quality by monitoring repayments, managing credit risks, and minimizing non-performing assets
- managing stressed portfolios and applying effective risk management practices, with experience in these areas considered a distinct advantage
