Service Executive – Air Conditioning
JOB ROLE
Pre-Inspection
- Verify and update customer/job details; schedule appointments.
- Communicate and collect inspection charges where applicable.
- Assign jobs to Inhouse Teams or Service Partners and share details with both parties.
- Manage transport cost approvals and update system records (customer, payment, product details).
- Monitor daily job assignments, follow up with teams/partners, and reschedule if required.
- Collect inspection reports, prepare and forward estimates, and update system statuses.
- Coordinate with Finance Division for invoicing and payments; ensure timely submission of Service Partner bills.
- Conduct follow-up and customer satisfaction (happy) calls.
Post-Inspection
- Obtain customer appointment and assign jobs to Inhouse Inspection Teams.
- Provide technicians with required reports and installation details.
- Update system records upon completion.
- Reconcile findings, obtain engineering certification (if no discrepancies), or escalate discrepancies to line management.
- Close jobs in the system with proper remarks.
REQUIREMENTS
- GCE O/L and GCE A/L.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar capacity (preferred).
- NVQ Certificate (added advantage).
- Degree or Professional Qualification from a recognized institution would be an added advantage.
