SEO SPECIALIST FULL TIME (REMOTE WORK)
Enliven Designers (Pvt.) Ltd. is a Sri Lanka-based one-stop shop for all your web and digital requirements, offering services such as Web Design, Web Hosting, Web Development, Content Writing, BPO Services, and Social Media Marketing.
We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to drive organic growth and improve search visibility across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Technical, On-Page, Off-Page, Local, GEO, and AEO, and will work closely with content, development, and marketing teams to increase visibility and lead generation.
KEY DETAILS
- Work Model: Fully remote
- Contract Period: 6 Months
- Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible 8 hours per day
- Salary: LKR 50,000 per month
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement data-driven SEO strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor research.
- Optimize website architecture, metadata, internal linking, and content.
- Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits and resolve indexing, crawling, and performance issues.
- Build and execute high-quality white-hat link-building strategies.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals and overall website performance.
- Monitor Google algorithm updates and implement necessary improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4-5 years of proven experience in SEO.
- Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Local SEO, Content SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
- Hands-on experience in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Looker Studio, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and WordPress. Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Perplexity for SEO research, analysis, and optimization.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong professional English communication skills.
