EXECUTIVE - HR

What You will Help Build

  • Drive HR Operations – manage key HR processes including employee clearances, resignations, service letters, staff IDs, attendance, and employee documentation.
  • Ensure Statutory Compliance – manage EPF, ETF and Gratuity processes in line with applicable laws and provide accurate guidance to employees and the business.
  • Support Payroll Excellence – support payroll processing and verification, including resignations, recoveries, increments, bonuses, and related HR documentation.
  • Strengthen HR Reporting – prepare accurate and timely HR reports and maintain Power BI dashboards, ensuring HR data and dashboards are updated regularly to support business decisions.
  • Partner with Employees & the Business – provide timely HR support, respond to employee queries, and build strong relationships across functions.
  • Build External Partnerships – liaise with the Labour Department, statutory bodies, Central Bank and other external stakeholders on relevant HR and statutory matters.
  • Drive Process Excellence – identify opportunities to improve HR processes, embrace technology, and deliver efficient and high-quality HR services.
  • Support Employee Engagement – contribute to welfare activities, employee events and initiatives that create positive employee experiences.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline; CIPM qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations, with at least 1 year’s exposure to clearance, EPF, ETF and Gratuity administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and statutory requirements, particularly EPF, ETF and Gratuity.
  • Hands-on experience in maintaining Power BI dashboards.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to influence and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, process orientation and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines.
