Branch Manager
Balangoda, Ambalangoda, Dikwella, Bandaragama, Piliyandala, Kottawa, Thalavathugoda, Deniyaya, Talawakele, Eheliyagoda, Kochchikade (Negombo)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive branch sales, revenue, asset growth, and overall business targets.
- Acquire new customers and deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure sound credit evaluation, timely collections, and healthy portfolio management.
- Lead, motivate, coach, and monitor the team to achieve individual and branch targets.
- Maintain regulatory compliance, manage operational risks, and efficient branch operations.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the field of Banking and Finance.
- Drive growth in Leasing, Pawning and Deposit mobilization.
- Sound knowledge of financial products, credit assessment, and local market dynamics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and community stakeholders.
- Lead, train, and motivate branch staff to meet performance and service standards.
- A professional qualification in Banking and Finance will be an added advantage.
