EXECUTIVE - SUPPLY CHAIN
Key Responsibilities
- Convert purchase requests into purchase orders accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
- Monitor and track purchase orders, ensuring timely updates and accurate reporting.
- Prepare and submit supplier payment documentation to Finance for timely processing.
- Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies, ISO, and 5S standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to support efficient supply chain operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Professional qualification in Procurement (CIPS, ISMM, IPSM, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain operations, or purchase order management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office applications, and procurement tracking software.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
