DIRECTOR – AUDIT & ASSURANCE

We are seeking an experienced Audit & Assurance professional to provide strategic leadership, technical expertise, management and oversight across the Firm’s audit practice, working closely with the Partners and management team to drive audit quality and excellence.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent internationally recognized professional qualification
• Minimum 7-9 years of relevant post-qualification experience in audit, assurance, accounting, financial reporting or related professional services
• Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in IFRS Accounting Standards (IFRS/IAS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISAs)
• Experience in a reviewer role, including the review of complex engagements, financial statements and audit reports
• Strong experience in audit quality management, risk management and professional/regulatory compliance
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements, teams, budgets and senior client relationships
• Strong leadership and people-development skills, with experience mentoring managers, seniors and professional staff

THE ROLE

You will provide leadership and oversight across audit quality, complex IFRS and ISA matters, engagement delivery, risk management, staff development, and the ongoing enhancement of the Firm’s audit methodology, technology and processes.
