Senior Process Associate – Finance & Accounting A2R

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance & Accounting in Fixed assets
• Completed or following a Finance/Accounting degree or partly or fully qualified in CA / ACCA / CIMA / CMA / AAT, CPA.
• Experience in Property Management or Construction industry is an advantage.
• Prior experience working with foreign clients is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge in fixed assets, depreciations, internal and external audits, and bank reconciliation.
• Proficient in MS Excel with excellent analytical skills.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, Leadership and Interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Asset Capitalization process with a strong understanding of capitalization rules
• Maintain and monitor the Fixed Asset Register ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Record, track, and account for asset additions, disposals, and transfers
• Calculate and review depreciation in line with accounting standards
• Perform asset-related reconciliations and reporting
• Prepare schedules and documentation to support internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
• Fulfill training requirements of ACCA, CMA and CA Sri Lanka
