We are seeking a skilled and responsible Maintenance Executive to oversee and support the maintenance and upkeep of our property. You will be responsible for ensuring all facilities, equipment, and systems are maintained to a high standard, responding promptly to maintenance issues, and carrying out regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage maintenance tasks efficiently. Previous experience in a maintenance role, preferably within the hospitality industry, is an advantage. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards are essential for success in this role.
