AI Engineers / AI Forward Deployed Engineers

Join Insight Software Solutions to work on real-world AI projects that solve meaningful business problems. Report to the CTO and work closely with Solution Architects to design, build and deploy practical, production AI solutions that deliver real impact.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work directly with clients to understand business problems, workflows and opportunities for AI
- Rapidly prototype and validate production practical AI solutions
- Build AI agents, copilots, RAG applications and intelligent automation
- Integrate AI with existing APIs, databases, CRMs, document systems and business applications
- Develop production solutions using Python, .NET/C# and TypeScript
- Work with LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini and other emerging models
- Build tool/function calling, MCP, AI Agent Framework, Lang Chain, Lang Graph, agentic workflows and human-in-the-loop solutions
- Work with vector search, embeddings, document processing and structured AI outputs
- Deploy, secure and monitor production AI solutions in cloud environments
- Translate technical AI capabilities into clear business value for non-technical customers
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on experience building production real-world AI/LLM applications – MUST
- Strong Python skills, or C#/NET and TypeScript
- Experience of RAG, embeddings, vector databases and AI agents
- Experience with Azure AI services is highly regarded
- Comfortable working across different AI models and platforms rather than being tied to one vendor
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Able to work independently and take ownership from problem discovery through delivery
