Uga Resorts is seeking a Waiter to deliver exceptional guest experiences at Uga Villas. We are seeking a dedicated and guest-oriented professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and creating memorable dining experiences through attentive and professional hospitality.

By delivering attentive and personalized service, as a Waiter, you will play a key role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests. We are looking for a hospitality professional who understands that behind every exceptional dining experience lies genuine warmth, attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to service excellence.

The Ideal Profile We Are Looking For:

• A Proven Track Record: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Waiter, F&B Associate, or in a similar guest-facing role, preferably within luxury Villas or boutique hotels.
• Exceptional Service & Operational Excellence: Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, table setup, order taking, menu knowledge, and service procedures, with a genuine passion for creating excellent guest experience.
• Guest Focus & Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional approach to handling guest requests, preferences, feedback, and special requirements. Good command of English is essential, while knowledge of additional languages would be an advantage.
• Teamwork & Professionalism: A positive and team-oriented individual who can work effectively in a dynamic work environment while maintaining high standards of grooming, punctuality, hygiene, and professional conduct.
• Professional Qualifications: A Diploma or Professional Qualification in Hotel Management or a related field.
