REQUIREMENTS
- BSc in Nursing is essential; a Master’s degree in Nursing, Nursing Education, Healthcare Management or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 8-10 years of nursing experience with at least 3-5 years in an academic, training, or leadership role.
- Valid professional nursing registration/licence.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
- Sound knowledge of curriculum planning, student development, and quality standards in nursing education.
- Ability to guide faculty and students while maintaining high academic and professional standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide overall leadership and administration for the Nursing School.
- Plan, implement, and monitor academic programs, training schedules, and institutional standards.
- Supervise lecturers, instructors, and students to ensure academic excellence and discipline.
- Coordinate clinical training placements and maintain effective relationships with hospital departments and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, academic, and quality assurance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement, student success, and the strategic growth of the Nursing School.
