SENIOR EXECUTIVE - INTERNAL AUDIT
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify revenue leakage, control gaps, and cost optimization opportunities across business operations.
- Lead and support the audit team to ensure efficient inventory management and operational compliance.
- Assess compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Ensure audit documentation and working papers are properly maintained and updated.
- Supervise, guide, and train junior audit staff regularly to enhance team performance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit quality, processes, and best practices.
THE CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS
- Partly qualified in CA Sri Lanka, CMA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Internal Audit.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- Sound knowledge of auditing principles, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple assignments.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
