The Role
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing sales within the assigned territory by building strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers. This role requires a proactive approach towards achieving sales targets and expanding the Phoenix brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Phoenix B2C and Super PVC products and strengthen brand presence within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective market visits and sales strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain updated records of customers, market activities, and sales progress.
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and company events.
Requirements
- Both Female & Male candidates below 35 years of age.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales (experience in PVC, construction materials, or FMCG will be an added advantage).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage an assigned territory.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
- Computer literacy in MS Office applications.
- Positive attitude, passion for sales, and commitment to achieving targets.
