DIRECTOR FOR MARKETING & PUBLIC RELATIONS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and budget management.
- Direct customer acquisition initiatives and public relations (PR).
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to drive growth.
- Manage teams, advertising agencies, and stakeholder reporting.
- Develop and manage comprehensive advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate marketing projects seamlessly from start to finish.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record in strategy.
- Strong leadership and digital marketing expertise.
- Excellent budget management and analytical skills.
SALARY: USD 1,500
PROJECT MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify ideal projects and submit for director's review.
- Negotiate with teams and provide solutions from project inception to finalization.
- Manage material sourcing and procurement operations.
- Lead project risk management and mitigation planning.
- Coordinate architects, contractors, and design teams.
- Manage feasibility studies and investment appraisals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or a related professional certification.
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
- Strong command of written and spoken English language.
SALARY: USD 1,200
