INSTITUTIONAL SALES MANAGER
(Assistant Manager Grade)
Deposit Mobilization Department

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement dynamic strategies to mobilize deposits from institutional clients, including corporate businesses, government entities, and large organizations
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target institutions
- Identify and capture new business opportunities to expand the bank's deposit base
- Collaborate with internal teams to design customized deposit solutions that deliver on client needs
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt and optimize sales strategies
- Achieve and surpass monthly deposit mobilization targets
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to senior management
Candidate Criteria:
- Full/part qualification in SLIM, CIM or Banking
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field from a recognized university is preferred
- Minimum 08 Years of experience in a Bank/ Financial Institution out of which a minimum of 05 years of experience in institutional or corporate sales environment
- Strong understanding of deposit products and banking operations
- A target-driven professional with proven skills in planning, negotiation and sales
- A confident, outgoing personality with customer service mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
