ASSISTANT MANAGER VEHICLE BODY REPAIR AND PAINT SHOP (DAMBULLA)
The David Pieris Motor Company (Private) Limited, the largest automotive company in Sri Lanka, operates through the DPMC Workshop network, which is vehicle service, repair and maintain facility located islandwide. They utilize advanced technology and equipment to provide personalized services according to the manufacturer’s specifications and guidelines.

Responsibilities
- Direct and drive the team to achieve Workshop objectives and targets.
- Monitors and adjusts operations to ensure efficiency and policy adherence of the Service Standard operations (SOPs).
- Ensure the skill development of the team to achieve high results and customer satisfaction.
- Assisting in the management in establishing strategies, yearly budgets and monthly forecasts for the workshop business.
- Liaising with the Spare part division to ensure required spare parts with the right quantities are available when needed.
- Build healthy rapport with the customers through high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
- Professional qualification in Business Administration / Finance/Management or related will be added advantage.
- 3 years in supervisory role of vehicle body repair and paint shop.
- Extensive background in aftersales services and spare parts in Automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills coupled with excellent team management.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages.
