We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and result-oriented Management Accountant to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts for a portfolio of clients.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections to support client decision-making.
- Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Review journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations for clients.
- Prepare management reports, KPI dashboards, and financial analysis for clients.
- Assist clients with budgeting, financial planning, and strategic business advice.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and assist with year-end audits.
- Liaise with clients to discuss financial performance, resolve accounting issues, and provide ongoing advisory support.
- Maintain accurate accounting records using software such as Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or other cloud-based accounting systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, internal controls, and reporting efficiency.
- Keep up to date with changes in accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering timely, accurate, and value-added financial services.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Management Accounting.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or related field.
- Part qualification or full qualification in CIMA/ACCA preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong financial analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and reporting deadlines.
